Our test automation strategy and approach ensure clean code and high-quality solutions. Our testers collaborate closely with the developers, product owners, and stakeholders, participating in Agile ceremonies like 3 Amigos Sessions, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Reviews. They utilise the fail-fast, fail-early philosophy, working on user stories during 3 Amigos Sessions, and sharing insights on quality context and common knowledge. Continuous testing is vital, with a strong focus on early testing.
Our testers integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling automated testing and deployment as part of a streamlined DevOps process. The fail-fast principle is applied, with a critical 10-minute test run for every developer’s code push, ensuring the quality of data and testing harness implementation. Additionally, full test runs are triggered ad-hoc or on a repeating schedule to ensure the robustness and quality of our software solutions.
Business Analysts
e2y’s Business Analysts act as a bridge between our clients and our development teams. Our BAs are responsible for analysing, researching and documenting the client’s needs.
Their key skill is to communicate this information using a common “language” that all involved understand. The primary focus of the BA is to understand the client’s business objectives, challenges, and requirements so that they can help deliver what the client needs – not just what they want.
Our BAs are domain experts and act as advocates for the client’s interests, striving for quality and accuracy within the entire project lifecycle, from the Discovery Phase to the Release Phase. They ensure the quality and correctness of the delivered solution, providing necessary knowledge through demos and sprint review sessions.
Delivery Management Team
The Delivery Management team serve as the orchestrator of client projects by ensuring that your project is executed flawlessly from initiation to completion. This is achieved by applying agile principles, effectively managing resources, and ensuring that your initiatives are executed on time, and within budget.
